Urashiki Otsusuki

Personality Compared to his comrades, Urashiki has been shown to have a rather laid-back and jovial personality. He is quite willing to joke along with Momoshiki and Kinshiki, and disparages on how serious they are. Boruto Uzumaki’s Jougan — All Abilities And Powers

So far, not much has been revealed about Boruto’s Dojutsu origin and true power. We have only seen a fracture of its power and at this time, Boruto still has not gained full control over it. Its official name hasn’t been announced yet. But according to a picture drawing Boruto cleaning his right eye, it has a caption which translated as Jougan (or Pure Eye). Therefore, let us use that name for the time being. Jougan is awoken from his right eye with black sclera and light-blue pupil. If looking up close, it also seems to have white halo surrounding the pupil. At the beginning of Boruto anime, we can see Boruto already has full control over the eye. Otsusuki Clan

As you all know, the first Otsutsuki who we knew about was Hagoromo, and his brother, Hamura Otsutsuki. Later, two of his children were revealed, and then Kaguya Otsutsuki joined the list as well. Recently another godly character by the name, Urashiki Otsutsuki has been introduced. And when Kaguya was introduced, she was said to be the strongest character to ever exist, which is true for the most part. However, is Kaguya going to remain the strongest forever? Not really. I’ll be explaining why in this post. A lot of this post is based on the Boruto anime. We know for a fact that Momoshiki Otsutsuki, and Kinshiki Otsutsuki were coming for Kaguya. She knew they’d come, and that’s why she built an army of White Zetsu. Kaguya was actually sent to cultivate the God Tree, and report back the harvest to the Otsutsuki Clan.
